Bio-One Scottsdale · Biohazard & Hoarding Cleanup

Phoenix Metro · Prepared for Richard

Bio-One is a relationship business.

The work comes from referral partners — police, fire, funeral homes, property managers — not from people searching online. So every video has one job: be the first name they think of when something happens.

Richard being a retired police chief is our biggest edge — we lead with it.

01

Backing the Blue

Relationship Building

What

A give-back series for first responders — surprise lunch at a station, coffee drops, care packages on a hard shift.

Why

Keeps Bio-One top-of-mind with the people who refer the work. Richard giving back as a former chief makes it genuine, not salesy.

Goal

Comment sections full of officer & family appreciation → goodwill → the first call.

02

Showing the Work

Discreetly

What

Anonymized before/after + the process — crew in PPE, the method, the transformation.

Why

The content that grabs attention AND proves to partners how professional and thorough we are.

03

Free Cleanups for Families

The Free Gesture

What

Free cleanups for families who've lost someone, referred through funeral homes. Free/discounted first cleanups to apartment complexes.

Why

Gives funeral homes a gift to offer grieving families → makes Bio-One their go-to. A pure relationship engine (ties into Pillar 1).

04

Where We Start

First 3 Shoots

Richard's local first-responder network is still being built (he served out of state), so we start with the easiest cold doors first — and use the give-back itself as the introduction.

01Free GestureFuneral homes — the 'free cleanups for families' announcement + set up 1–2 funeral home partnerships. Easiest cold open — pure value, no prior relationship needed.
02The WorkOne anonymized hoarding cleanup (easy release, big transformation). Needs only a client + signed release.
03Backing the BlueLand the first station by calling the department's Community Relations / PIO, or showing up to a 'Coffee with a Cop' event. The give-back IS the introduction.
05

The Throughline

We're not exposing anyone.

We're proving our professionalism, backing first responders, and giving funeral homes a reason to call us first.

All anonymized. All with releases. All on-brand.
